Working with SimpleBackOffice has been a very positive experience. I initially hired them to help with some specific QuickBooks issues I was having that I needed help correcting. Once we started looking into things they noticed there were several ways we could improve in other areas and made some suggestions. They have since helped me implement these changes and things are running much more smoothly. Their communication is very thorough and they respond in a very timely manner. I decided to hire them to help me maintain things moving forward and keep things in check regularly throughout the year instead of scrambling at year end. I am really happy with the progress we have made in the last several months.
