Q: How can you do my payroll without coming into my office?
It’s actually pretty simple. In the beginning, you provide us with the pay grade, benefits and deductions for each employee. After that, you simple fax or e-mail their hours for each pay period and we do all the rest: calculate their pay, their payroll taxes and deductions, plus benefits and contributions, and then we either write the check or send you back the information if you like to write the checks yourselves. We’ll also file your payroll taxes and take care of all the required employer and employee forms.

Q: Will there be just one person helping me?
One account representative will be dedicated to servicing and overseeing your account. HOWEVER, the same assistant will not always be assigned to you. No. One of the reasons we are so successful is that we find the right person for each task you need accomplished and we have an extensive group of professional to choose from, each of whom specializes in a given area. BUT, if you have a certain virtual assistant whom you really like and have a great relationship with, then YES, you can have an ongoing relationship with that person.
