The cost of sending the bills and other materials is much less than maintaining in-house accounts. If you maintain accounts in-house you need to invest in infrastructure, hiring, payroll, training, benefits, etc. When you outsource your bookkeeping work, you accounts are always kept current and the staffing isn’t your headache. It’s the best!
Q: I have an accounting package already running on my computer and I would like to maintain my accounts there only. How can you handle it?
We will be sending the backup file to you which you can restore in your computer. The name of the backup file includes the date on which the accounts are updated hence you can identify which is the most recent backup file
Q: How secure is my account information?
All precautions and security systems are intact to ensure your privacy and security. For uploading and downloading files we use secure socket layer 128 encryption.
Q: How would I know that your server is secure?
Security of your data is one of our prime concerns. Your data at SimpleBackOffice is confidential and secured. Transferring of all the files and accounting over the Internet are done using Secure Socket Layer with 128 encryption to ensure data security.
Q: How would I know if my account information has been updated?
We will be updating you through e-mail unless you request another method. On the FTP server a message will flash showing that the accounts have been updated for the information sent by you. It will also flash for the information awaited from you.
Q: Will there be just one person helping me?
One account representative will be dedicated to servicing and overseeing your account. HOWEVER, the same assistant will not always be assigned to you. No. One of the reasons we are so successful is that we find the right person for each task you need accomplished and we have an extensive group of professional to choose from, each of whom specializes in a given area. BUT, if you have a certain virtual assistant whom you really like and have a great relationship with, then YES, you can have an ongoing relationship with that person.
